1. Crystal Alloy Fiber Dealing Method
 
Crystal fiber is mainly made up by embedding the nanometer particles which contain crystal, anion and trace elements, etc. into yarn during the processes of drawnwork; crystal fiber can be blending with pure cotton or the other kinds of fiber to carry out large-scale production.
 
2. The Notice to Be Watched in the Processes of Crystal Fiber Dyeing
 
Since crystal fiber features with high absorptivity and fast heat conduction, the way it makes the temperature of yarn uneasy to rise up. The characters of fiber are typical of: 1. the excellent heat conduction and moisture-absorption; 2. releasing dense anions; and 3. containing trace elements.
Therefore, when the fabric is under dyeing or later dealing, it is severely prohibited to handle following treatment:
 
1.Hydrophobicity water injection agent
2.Chelating agent
3. Treatment Post Completion of Fiber Dyeing
 
After crystal fiber is dyed, we summarize several treatments to apply:
Bathing Refinement:
a.Non-ion surfactant for fabric weight 1% upwards (soap agent)
b.Add more than 3 % Na2CO3
c.100° above
d.Time:30 min
 
Final Shaped Treatment
a.Crystal fiber moisture-absorption cross-linking agent 5 %
 
* Warning:
1. Crystal fiber moisture-absorption cross-linking agent is able to enhance fabric anion effects and benefit yarn softness.
2. When applying crystal fiber moisture-absorption bridge agent for shaped treatment, please do not add any agents which might cause cover of surface, such as silicon (softener) in order to prevent crystal own effects from concealed.
 
Other Notice:
1. Water washing mode
At lease do “Bathing refinement  non-ion soap agent (has been mentioned previously) and temperature control” for a necessity
